What if Am I Gay? Here are real signs you’re questioning your identity, and what it means to explore it safely.
What Does Being Gay Mean? Being gay means experiencing romantic or sexual attraction to someone of the same gender. Sexuality exists on a spectrum, and it’s okay if your feelings don’t fit neatly into one label. You might identify as gay, bisexual, queer, or something else entirely—or you may still be figuring it out, which is completely valid.
Particularly when young, some people may ask, "How do I know if I am gay?" if they have conflicting sexual feelings. When it comes down to it, there is no reliable "Am I Gay test", so the only way to know that you are gay (definition of gay) is to look within yourself to determine your own thoughts and feelings towards others of the same sex.
