The LGBTQ community in Pakistan has been advocating for acceptance and, in a fresh move sought approval for the country's first gay club in Abbottabad.

A Pakistani man living in Abbottabad was recently sent to a mental hospital in Peshawar after he attempted to start a gay club, which he called Lorenzo Gay Club.
